Senior Employee Relations Advisor
Permanent Full-Time
Hybrid – 2 days office-based
This is a key position responsible for providing expert employee relations support across the business, managing a broad range of ER matters, and partnering with managers to deliver fair, consistent, and commercially focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations cases from initiation through to resolution, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and Irish employment legislation
- Coach and support managers in handling employee relations and performance-related matters
- Manage workplace disputes, mediation processes, and WRC cases
- Monitor and analyse ER trends, contributing to reporting and insights for management
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and HR colleagues
- Contribute to ER initiatives, policy development, and employee well-being programmes
Skills / Qualifications:
- Demonstrated employee relations experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Irish employment law and WRC procedures
- Flexibility to attend WRC hearings and related meetings as required
- Experience managing complex employee and industrial relations cases, including engagement with trade unions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Practical, solution-oriented approach with strong judgement and commercial awareness
