The Opportunity
Working alongside an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in retaining and developing a portfolio of mid to large commercial clients, ensuring best-in-class service and tailored insurance solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting the retention and growth of a commercial client portfolio
• Managing renewals, queries, mid-term amendments, claims & policy changes
• Working across a wide range of policies including Commercial Combined, Liability, Motor Fleet, Property Owners, D&O, Cyber & Professional Indemnity
• Sourcing competitive market terms for new business and existing clients
• Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal teams
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements (including CPC 2012)
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records across all systems
The Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience in commercial broking, handling mid to large risks
• APA or CIP qualification (Commercial Lines)
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance products
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
