Seasonal Visitor Guide
We are seeking Seasonal Visitor Guides at Muckross House from May to September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of Ireland’s best known, beautiful, and historical attractions.
As a Seasonal Visitor Guide you will work at various locations throughout the House, welcoming visitors, answer their questions and provide information about the house, its history, and related topics. Full training will be given on all aspects of the role to the successful candidates.
Visitor Guide requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing personality.
- Interest in history and conveying the story to visitors.
- Calm and responsible under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills.
