SAP Business Process & Training Coordinator
The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented SAP S/4HANA Project Coordinator to lead critical transformation initiatives. You’ll oversee SAP projects, optimise business processes, and deliver training across the organisation – all while working closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects, from planning and design through deployment and support.
- Collaborate with business users, SAP consultants, developers, and external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and user training.
- Document processes, produce user guides, and support business users as the go-to contact for system or process queries.
- Analyse and improve business processes, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
- Support data quality initiatives and maintain high standards across SAP modules.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules, ideally SD, MM, and Warehouse Management.
- 3+ years in SAP ERP roles, business analysis, or operations/sales processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Proficient in data analytics (advanced Excel or equivalent).
- SAP Activate certification is a plus.
