Working Hours: Mon-Friday 9-6pm
Salary: €33k - €35k + Commission
Our client, an established Kerry based motor dealership is seeking a Salesperson to join their sales team.The Salesperson will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the car buying process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, while maintaining a deep understanding of the dealership’s products, financing options, and aftersales services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and assist customers in choosing suitable vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and present product features and finance options.
- Negotiate prices, prepare documentation, and close sales.
- Follow up on leads and maintain CRM records.
- Support customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on inventory, promotions, and automotive trends.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive or retail sales.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proven sales performance and strong communication skills.
- Professional, self-motivated, and target driven.
