We are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join a growing technology function. This is an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys a mix of platform support, configuration, enhancement delivery, and project-based work.

Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will play a key role in maintaining and evolving Salesforce environments while supporting the rollout of new business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Salesforce Lightning environments on a day-to-day basis.
  • Resolve user queries, troubleshoot system issues, and manage support tickets effectively.
  • Deliver platform enhancements to improve functionality, user experience, and business processes.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, record types, validation rules, Flows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support the implementation and configuration of new Salesforce environments to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist with testing, deployments, release activities, and post-release support.
  • Contribute to platform governance, change control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • 3-4 years' experience in a Salesforce Administration, Support, or Configuration role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Proven experience supporting live Salesforce environments and delivering system enhancements.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce to support new business processes and operational requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce release management and deployment tools.
  • Exposure to version control and environment management best practices.
  • Experience working within data, reporting, BI, or analytics-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with testing, UAT support, and release coordination.
  • Experience supporting business transformation or system implementation projects.
  • Exposure to working across technical, operational, and commercial teams.
