An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Representative to join a rapidly growing solar PV business, supporting the continued expansion of renewable energy solutions across Munster and surrounding counties.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ field or Door to Door Sales Experience who is confident speaking with customers, enjoys working in a target-driven environment, and wants the opportunity to develop their sales career within a growing industry.

Full training and support will be provided, with the opportunity to develop strong sales, communication, and technical skills.

Sales Representative ( Munster)

• Generate new sales opportunities through door-to-door customer engagement and lead generation.
• Meet with homeowners and potential customers to introduce solar PV solutions.
• Identify customer needs and understand their energy requirements.
• Arrange and carry out customer consultations and property surveys.
• Explain the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, sustainability, and energy independence.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets and activity levels.
• Build positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Keep up to date with solar products, industry developments, and customer trends.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and market opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, retail sales, telesales, door-to-door sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident approaching and engaging with new customers.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve targets.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Excellent organisation and follow-up skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Munster and surrounding counties.
• An interest in renewable energy and sustainability is desirable but not essential.
