Location: Limerick (field-based, covering Cork region)

We’re partnering with a progressive and fast-growing supplier in the windows and doors sector, now looking to appoint an ambitious, results-driven Area Sales Representative to take ownership of the Cork territory.

This is a high-impact, field-based role suited to a commercially astute sales professional who thrives on winning business, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth within the construction and trade sector.

Area Sales Representative

  • Take full ownership of the Cork territory, developing and executing a clear sales strategy
  • Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, and trade professionals
  • Proactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across residential and commercial projects
  • Grow and retain an existing customer base, driving repeat business and account value
  • Conduct regular site visits and face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from enquiry and quotation through to negotiation and close
  • Maintain a strong pipeline, consistently delivering against targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations

Requirements

  • Proven success in field-based sales within construction, building materials, or a related sector
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Skilled relationship builder with the ability to influence and close at all levels
  • Self-starter who can manage their own territory, time, and pipeline effectively
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a competitive market
  • Full clean driver’s licence
