Sales & Relationship Manager - Motor Finance
About the Role
Our client is seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of a well-established finance business operating within a fast-paced and modern environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with dealerships, brokers, and introducers while identifying new business opportunities and supporting partners across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with dealerships and industry partners
• Develop new business opportunities across an assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and introducers
• Promote the company’s product offering and support partners with queries
• Assist with onboarding and partner engagement activities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Previous sales or business development experience preferred
• Highly organised with strong administrative ability
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail
• Full clean driver’s licence
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
Desirable Experience
- Experience within financial services, banking, motor, or automotive sectors
• Understanding of finance or lending processes
• Existing industry relationships would be an advantage
