FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of Sales Order Manager on behalf of our Client, based in South Meath.

Involved in a range of Agri related businesses and services, Our Client is a forward thinking company, who are keenly committed to using technology, research and best practice to bring the best value and add value to the products and services we provide to our farmer customers.

The Role:

  • Order Processing: Oversee the lifecycle of customer orders—from initial entry to inventory allocation, fulfilment, and invoicing.
  • Order Tracking & Fulfilment: Coordinate with logistics, production, and warehousing to track shipments and ensure on time delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the sales team, warehouse/logistics, and finance to resolve pricing discrepancies, shipping issues, and invoicing disputes.
  • Point of contact for Sales team
  • Co-ordinating sales processing team
  • Processing orders via email and phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders, despatch notes, and invoices.
  • Liaise with sales team and technicians to obtain missing information.
  • Maintain and update sales and customers records.
  • Stay up to date with new items and products, attend sales meetings as required.
  • Stock management
  • Liaise with accounts team regarding month end and perform checks on sales batches.
  • Other Ad hoc duties as they arise.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years in order management, logistics, or sales administration, including previous supervisory experience.
  • Hands on experience with CRM Software and proficient in MS excel.
  • Excellent eye for detail / accuracy
  • Must be capable of working independently with their own initiative.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Team player with high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Location:

  • Position is based at the Client's Head Offices [Meath/Kildare border] 5 days per week. The role does not facilitate hybrid working.
  • Office hours 8.30am to 4.30pm five days per week, during peak sales season April and May additional hours required, candidate must be flexible.
