Sales Manager : Remote, EMEA
FRS Recruitment have partnered with a leading provider of Magnetic Components to Automative, Telecoms, Industrials and Renewable Energy sectors. Seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to expand their presence in Europe. In this role, you’ll drive market entry, build strong customer relationships, and deliver fast, measurable sales results.
Sales Manager
- Build and deliver a market‑entry and sales strategy
- Generate new business by leveraging your own network within Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Tier 1 suppliers and potential distributor partners
- Own full sales cycle
- Develop and grow strategic accounts
- Collaborate closely engineering, R&D, and product management teams in Asia and shareholders in Europe
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine strategy
- Represent the brand at networking events, conferences and industry trade shows across Europe
Skills/Experience Required
- Strong sales experience in magnetic components or related electronic components
- Existing relationships with European OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers, or distributors
- Solid understanding of competitors and market dynamics
- Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2nd European language is a plus
