Location: Killarney, Co. Kerry (with occasional travel to Celbridge, Cork, and Galway)
Contract Type: Full Time Position
Salary: €35k - €40k
On behalf of our client, an Irish owned and operated environmental consultancy and testing facility, we are seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Co. Kerry. As a Sales Executive you will support business growth, generate new opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. Based in Farranfore, the successful candidate will engage with technical buyers, including laboratory managers, scientists, R&D, and QC teams, making a background in chemistry, analytical science, or laboratory environments highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Managing CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Supporting tenders and proposals.
- Attending trade shows and ensuring excellent customer service.
- The role also involves supporting sales forecasting and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Requirements
- 3–4 years’ experience in sales or customer-facing roles,
- A degree in science, business, sales & marketing, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A full clean driver’s licence is required.
