Key Responsibilities

Manage front counter and outbound sales activity, delivering professional and efficient customer service at all times

Process customer orders end-to-end, including picking, packing, and invoicing for both front and back counter sales

Oversee daily stock ordering and receipting of parts, ensuring accuracy and availability

Support warehouse and back counter operations as required, maintaining workflow efficiency

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and adhere to all procedures, reporting any issues or safety concerns promptly
