Front Desk Retail Assistant
Permanent Full-Time role for a Store in Dublin 15, and can be Monday to Friday, working on the shop floor.
This role should attract a highly organised & experienced individual with a keen interest in technology or an interest in working in the electrical retail industry.
The successful candidates will have the following responsibilities:
- Answer and action general phone inquiries in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner
- Greet customers/suppliers/visitors relating to the organisation in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk,
- Professionally resolve customer complaints or issues.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proactive, flexible, team player
- Computer-literate with attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements-
- Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Customer service: 2 years + (preferred)
