Our client, a healthcare organisation are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a new role for the business and you will be tasked with building and leading the commercial growth function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the overall sales & marketing strategy
- Build and present a comprehensive Sales & Marketing strategy to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline
- Design and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns to drive leads and support sector penetration.
- Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to maximise pipeline and ROI.
- Plan and execute field marketing activities such as conferences, HR-targeted events, corporate outreach, and sector seminars.
- Develop strong organisational charts, capability statements and process documentation to be used in tenders
- Work with operational leads to strengthen bid responses and improve win rates.
- Implement and manage marketing technology platforms
- Develop dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, lead quality, pipeline contribution and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, business development marketing, or growth roles.
- Strong marketing and/or business development experience (B2B preferred).
- Demonstrated success in opening new sectors and driving "white-space" growth.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter
