Our client, a growing logistics company based in Moycullen, is currently seeking a Sales & Client Support Coordinator to join their team. This is a newly created position suited to someone with a strong background in B2B sales support, account management or client relationship management.
This role will involve managing relationships with both new and existing clients while supporting projects from initial enquiry through to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent communication and customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound enquiries from potential clients
- Qualifying leads and supporting the sales process
- Coordinating communication between clients and internal teams
- Supporting clients throughout ongoing projects
- Following up on quotations, queries and project updates
- Maintaining and updating CRM systems
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Following up with clients post-project for feedback and future opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B sales support, account management or client relationship management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and coordinating across teams
- Proactive and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience working within a professional client-facing environment
