Our Client is a leading agricultural supplier company in the Munster area who have diversified and developed, and offer a broad range of agricultural hardware products for their customers across five retail stores.
Now seeking a Retail Operations Manager for their store based in North East Cork, the successful candidate would be expected to build good working relationship with staff & customers, identify sales opportunities and take full responsibility of the daily running of the business. This is a full time, permanent, senior position within the company.
Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management and operation of the store
• Lead and support other store managers
• Purchasing all hardware stock for the retail stores
• Inventory management and stock control
• Analysing sales figures
• Managing staff, including recruitment and training
• Marketing promotions
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and legal legislation's
Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Product/retail knowledge is essential
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & IT skills
Remuneration
