The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operation of a busy fast-food restaurant.
- Manage, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive customer service, food quality and operational standards.
- Manage staffing, rostering, stock, waste and labour costs.
- Monitor sales, margins and key performance indicators.
- Ensure HACCP, food safety and compliance standards are maintained.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years' management experience in food service, hospitality, retail or quick-service restaurants.
- Strong leadership, coaching and commercial skills.
- Hands-on, customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High energy, organised and results-driven.
