Regional Commercial Director – Clinical & Healthcare Services

The Area Director will provide Strategic Commercial Leadership across a portfolio practices, ensuring each location achieves maximum performance, KPI delivery, margin growth, and sustainable profitability. This is a high-impact, results-driven role for a senior leader with a passion for driving practices forward, leading high-performing teams, and embedding a culture of operational and commercial excellence.

This is a hands-on, commercial leadership role: the successful candidate leads through influence, coaching, and a relentless focus on results.


The Area Director is responsible for:

  • Driving growth and performance ensuring each practice delivers on KPIs, margins, and profitability targets.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing leadership team of Practice Managers and support staff, fostering accountability, ambition, and operational excellence.
  • Ensuring exceptional client and customer experience, translating into sustainable business results.
  • Supporting practices to perform at their optimum, embedding consistent high standards, efficiency, and commercial discipline.
  • Translating organisational strategy into measurable regional outcomes, championing best practices and continuous improvement.


Candidate Profile

  • Senior Commercial Leader with knowledge of Practice Network Management Strategies - experience driving multi-site operations, within Healthcare, Pharma, Dentistry or Related Industry
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs, Margin growth, and Profitability targets.
  • Exceptional leadership presence, capable of developing and motivating large teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Commercially astute, strategic thinker with operational expertise and a relentless focus on performance.
  • Passion for client and customer experience, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and hungry to drive practices forward at a corporate level.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
