Position Overview: We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Construction team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent, nurturing client relationships, and fostering a positive candidate experience. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the growth and success of our division while advancing the careers of talented Construction professionals across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract and engage high-calibre accounting and finance professionals.

Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with our clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

Collaborative Networking: Participate in cooperative meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and brainstorming activities to utilise collective expertise and drive successful outcomes.

Market Insights and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics within the accounting and finance sector in Ireland.

Interview Coordination: Facilitate smooth interview processes between clients and candidates, providing guidance and support to both parties.

Offer Negotiation and Placement: Manage salary negotiations and assist with successful job offer acceptance.

Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a positive, professional experience throughout the recruitment process to foster long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a successful recruitment consultant, ideally within the Construction sector.
  • Knowledge of the Irish job market, industry trends, and relevant skill requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Collaborative mindset, embracing a co-operative work environment.
