On behalf of my client in Douglas, Cork City Co Cork, I am recruiting for a temporary Receptionist.
Contract Length: 3 months with potential to extend/go permanent
Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 9 - 6; Friday 9-5
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, encompassing tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Coordinate and schedule appointments
Covering reception
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
Handling incoming and outgoing post
Minute taking
Liaise with suppliers and facilities providers
Follow procedures and comply with policies
Various other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred.
Proficient in using word/excel
Experience with minute taking desirable
Drivers Licence and own transport
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
