The Job
- Design and develop new products and manufacturing processes
- Translate design inputs into engineering specifications and drawings
- Develop and validate test methods and processes (IQ/OQ/PQ, V&V)
- Use statistical tools (DOE) to support process development
- Prepare SOPs, protocols, and technical reports
- Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in R&D or process development in regulated industry
- Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving skills
- Experience with validation and technical documentation
