Quantity Surveyor
FRS Recruitment are working alongside a leading business in Europe’s Window & Door industry who are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin 12 / Site Locations.
The successful candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting site visits, and liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.
- Ensure contractual and financial compliance
- Conduct site visits for progress assessments and cost control.
- Assist in preparing final accounts and project reports.
- Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
At least 3/5 years of experience in a QS role (Preferably main contractor experience)
Strong analytic and communication skills.
