A leading and well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Limerick.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career with a reputable contractor delivering high-quality projects across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Prepare and manage budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and maximise commercial performance.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
- Support procurement and contract negotiations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 year's experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally with a main contractor.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
