Key Responsibilities

Preparing cost plans, budgets, and tender analysis

Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers

Measurement and valuation of works

Managing variations, interim valuations, and final accounts

Commercial reporting and cost control

Working closely with site and project management teams
Requirements

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
-
3+ years’ experience in a QS role (Senior level for 7+ years)
-
Experience with main contractor projects preferred

Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
