The Role
Reporting to senior commercial leadership, you will manage cost, procurement, subcontractor payments, and project financial performance, while optimising project margins and ensuring commercial governance
Key Responsibilities

Lead cost management across multiple projects

Prepare project budgets for senior operational and commercial stakeholders

Manage subcontractor procurement and resource allocation

Process subcontractor and supplier payments in line with company procedures

Maintain commercial documentation and liaise with head office teams

Oversee variations and ensure timely payment processes

Support, supervise, and mentor junior QS staff where required
-
Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure programme and budget compliance
About You
-
8+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in fit-out, residential, or commercial construction
-
Relevant third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying

Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings clearly
-
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
-
Ability to meet challenging times and quality targets in a fast-paced environment
