The Role
Based on site for the duration of the project (approximately 2 years), you will support the commercial and cost management aspects of the works, reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with cost control and budget management

Measurement, valuations, and preparation of interim applications

Subcontractor procurement and account administration

Managing variations and change control
-
Supporting the preparation and agreement of final accounts

Working closely with site management and engineering teams
Requirements
-
Graduate to 4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role (contractor or consultancy background considered)

Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

Exposure to civil engineering, groundworks, or remediation projects is an advantage
-
Strong organisational and communication skills
-
Ability to work on site as part of a collaborative project team

Full driving licence preferred

Location
This is a site-based position in Ennis, Co. Clare, ideally suited to candidates living in Clare, Limerick, or surrounding counties.
