We’re looking for an Assistant Quality Manager to support day-to-day quality operations and step up when needed. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and clear progression.
The Role
- Lead the Quality function in the Manager’s absence
- Run internal, customer, and regulatory audits
- Maintain HACCP, Quality Systems, and Food Safety standards
- Ensure full compliance with FSAI and industry requirements
- Act as key contact for suppliers and customers on quality matters
- Drive food safety, quality, and corrective actions on the floor
- Support and guide the Quality team
- Monitor standards, report issues, and improve processes
About You
- Food Science (or related) qualification
- Experience in food manufacturing quality
- Strong HACCP and audit knowledge
- Confident, proactive, and able to lead when required
