Quality Manager
Location: Cork

Lead quality and compliance for a well-established aviation maintenance operation.
Play a key role in maintaining EASA regulatory standards and operational safety.
Opportunity to influence systems, culture, and continuous improvement at site level.

A highly regulated engineering organisation in Cork is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality systems, regulatory compliance, and safety processes across the site.

The Role:

  • Manage the organisation’s quality and compliance monitoring systems.

  • Lead the internal audit programme to ensure adherence to maintenance procedures and aviation regulations.

  • Support and develop the Safety Management System (SMS) and safety reporting processes.

  • Monitor operational activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

  • Maintain and update the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and coordinate submissions to the aviation authority.

  • Assess suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and regulatory standards are met.

  • Manage certification authorisations, inspection controls, and calibration of testing equipment.

  • Analyse customer complaints and technical data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Engineering, Science, or Quality Systems.

  • Experience in an aviation, engineering, or regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of EASA Part-145 or similar regulatory frameworks.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
