Quality Manager

Lead quality and compliance for a well-established aviation maintenance operation.
Play a key role in maintaining EASA regulatory standards and operational safety.

A highly regulated engineering organisation in Cork is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality systems, regulatory compliance, and safety processes across the site.
The Role:

Manage the organisation’s quality and compliance monitoring systems.

Lead the internal audit programme to ensure adherence to maintenance procedures and aviation regulations.

Support and develop the Safety Management System (SMS) and safety reporting processes.

Monitor operational activities to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Maintain and update the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and coordinate submissions to the aviation authority.

Assess suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and regulatory standards are met.

Manage certification authorisations, inspection controls, and calibration of testing equipment.

Analyse customer complaints and technical data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
Requirements:

Qualification in Engineering, Science, or Quality Systems.

Experience in an aviation, engineering, or regulated manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of EASA Part-145 or similar regulatory frameworks.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
