QA Technologist – Food Manufacturing

The Role
Reporting to the QA Manager, you’ll help maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety while working closely with production and technical teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor factory hygiene, GMP, housekeeping and foreign body controls.
- Review quality records and production documentation.
- Carry out product checks, taste panels and routine chemical testing.
- Identify non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support customer audits, traceability exercises and microbiological testing.
- Drive improvements in quality standards and factory compliance.
What You’ll Need
- A degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline.
- Ideally, 1–2 years’ experience in food quality or a technical role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence communicating quality requirements to production teams.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and a proactive attitude.
