QA Analyst (POS Experience) Daily Rate Contract: North Tipperary/Limerick
Our client is seeking an experienced QA Analyst to join their team on a daily rate contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute functional, integration, and regression test plans.
- Perform POS terminal and payment transaction testing.
- Create and maintain detailed test scripts and test evidence.
- Analyse requirements and validate acceptance criteria.
- Participate in defect triage and risk assessment activities.
- Execute SQL queries to validate test results.
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Support test reporting, planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Experience
- 3-5+ years' experience in software testing.
- Hands-on experience with POS terminal testing.
- Knowledge of EMV transaction flows.
- L3 Certification Testing experience is essential.
- Experience with backend system testing and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
