We are seeking an Administrator for a property complex in Tralee. The role will entail the administration of an accommodation complex that are used both by students and tourist for summer rentals.
Main Duties:
- Main point of contact for the users of the facility either in person, by telephone or email
- Take bookings and payments on an ongoing basic
- Manage and log all income and deposits received
- Monitor direct debits
- Update management with various reports as required on activity
- Liaise with Operations Manager with regard to any maintenance issues
- Organise viewings of the accommodation by appointment
Candidate Requirements:
- Solid administration background
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative, unsupervised
- Strong IT skills, especially Excel
- Comfortable dealing with figures
The role is Monday to Friday; 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday with a one hour lunch break
