A Project Manager is required to support the delivery of projects across the agricultural, industrial, and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial aspects of projects from start to completion
- Conduct site visits and support contract administration
- Prepare cost estimates, tenders, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Assist with measurement and valuation of works
- Support cost control, budgeting, and reporting
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Prepare interim payment applications
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- 3 -5 year's experience in a similar role
- Full Irish driver’s licence and right to work in Ireland
- Willingness to travel to sites as required
- Strong organisational, communication, and commercial skills
- Motivated with a willingness to learn
