HVAC Project Manager – Cork
Our client is a growing multinational manufacturer in Cork, delivering sustainable cooling solutions to global tech and data centre clients across EMEA.
The Role
Reporting to the Projects Director, you will manage the delivery of HVAC/data centre projects from design through manufacture to site installation. This is a hybrid role (approx. 70% office-based) with 30% travel across Europe.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery and client coordination

Support design, documentation, factory testing, and site activities

Lead site teams and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Deliver project documentation (as-builts, O&M manuals, spares lists)

Track project progress, costs, P&L, and report to senior management
Requirements

Project Management qualification or equivalent experience

Proven PM experience in construction, M&E, HVAC, or data centre projects

Strong knowledge of HVAC/air handling systems

Procore/BIM360 experience beneficial

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
