Location: Mid Kerry
Position: 12 months initial contract
Salary: €75k - €85k DOE
Our client, a well-established Electrical Contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial projects across the public and private sectors.
As a Project Manager you will be working closely with the Operations Manager, you will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Oversee Health & Safety, quality, and site compliance.
- Manage project documentation, returns, and client queries.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor progress and report regularly to the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry is essential.
- Site-based project management experience.
- Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and industry best practices
- An interest in or knowledge of electrical projects.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- Full clean Irish driving licence.
