We’re looking for a Production Team Leader to lead a small, high-performing team within an established injection moulding operation in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical/manufacturing background who wants to develop their leadership skills.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of 3–4 operators
• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shift
• Oversee production, quality, output and waste
• Ensure smooth machine start-up and efficient production
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
• Work closely with Maintenance & Engineering
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
• Support team training and development

What You’ll Need

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude or background
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• A proactive, hands-on “can-do” attitude
• Experience in injection moulding is an advantage, but not essential
• A willingness to learn and develop within injection moulding
