Packing Supervisor – Dublin

Location:
Dublin (commutable from Lucan, Palmerstown, Clondalkin, Ballyfermot, Tallaght, Citywest, Drimnagh, Dublin City Centre, North Wicklow, Naas, Kilcock, Celbridge & Maynooth)
Hours:
Start between 5–8am, ~8hrs/day, 40–45hrs/week
The Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll supervise ~25 team members on the packing line, ensuring top-quality output, efficiency, and compliance. This is a hands-on role where leadership, meat knowledge, and a drive for continuous improvement are key.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the packing team to hit daily production targets

Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality & HACCP standards are met

Drive efficiency, quality, and labour KPIs

Coach, train, and develop your team

Identify improvements and resolve operational issues

Maintain a positive, safe, and efficient work environment
Requirements

Supervisory experience on food production/packing lines

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail and Microsoft Office proficiency

Good level of English
