We are seeking a Production Operative for a busy manufacturing facility in Tralee
The hours of work will generally be from 07.30 am to 16:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
As a Production Operative, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly. Duties will also include working in the dispatch area, which is a cold room environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in production processes, machine operation, and quality checks.
- Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform lifting tasks as required (e.g., lifting and moving materials or products).
- Maintain equipment and work areas.
- Working as part of a team.
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and order picking.
- Must be flexible, being able to work in different areas as required by the Production Manager.
- Ability to work in a cold room environment.
The starting rate will be €14.50 per hour which will increase after 6 months.
