Production Manager – Kildare:
Join a highly respected Irish manufacturer with a global footprint and exceptionally low staff turnover. Based at their Kildare plant this is a key leadership role in a growing, stable business where people genuinely stay and build long-term careers.
You’ll lead site operations, ensuring safe, efficient production while delivering high-quality products to customers across the housing, industrial and agricultural sectors. You’ll manage a team of 16, driving performance, engagement and continuous improvement across safety, quality, productivity and 5S.
Working closely with Sales, Engineering and Maintenance, you’ll take ownership of KPIs, production planning, team development and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you can make a real impact in a well-run, supportive environment.
What You'll Need:
You’ll have 5+ years’ leadership experience in manufacturing, ideally from a mechanical or trades background. You’ll be confident leading people, driving standards and improving performance in a busy production setting.
