We are looking for a Plumbing Sales Supervisor to manage all aspects of the plumbing division, combining strategic business acumen with hands-on leadership and top-tier customer service.

What You Will Do

• Manage buying, stock levels, and margins while actively hunting for new business and hitting/exceeding sales targets.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the plumbing department, manage inventory, carry out regular stock checks, and ensure optimal product line re-ordering.

• Build lasting customer relationships, maintain high standards of service, and ensure your team is trained to deliver efficient solutions.

• Maintain a secure, tidy, and fully compliant working environment in strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations and company policies.

• Work closely with the Branch Manager and Senior Management to implement business plans and support overall branch success.
