Person in Charge (PIC)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Person in Charge (PIC) and Staff Nurse for 2 seperate private Nursing Homes to lead and manage the day-to-day operations in Co. Kerry.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strong clinical and professional leadership to the nursing team

Ensure high standards of resident care through a person-centred approach

Oversee quality, safety, staffing, and resource management

Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
-
Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused working environment

Support staff development, training, and performance management
-
Ensure resident safety and welfare concerns are addressed promptly
Requirements
-
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
-
Minimum 3+ year post-qualification experience in care of the older person for PIC
-
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
-
Commitment to high standards of care and professional development
- Relevant Management Qualification
