The role:
Working in a target driven environment with an attractive bonus structure in addition to a competitive and attractive salary
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for personal lines insurance products.
- Identify customers' insurance needs through effective fact-finding and recommend suitable cover.
- Generate quotations for Motor, Home, Van and other personal lines products.
- Convert quotations into new business while achieving individual sales and conversion targets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products where appropriate.
- Arrange follow-up calls with prospective customers to maximise sales opportunities.
- Explain policy cover, benefits, exclusions, and pricing clearly and accurately.
- Process new business policies efficiently and ensure all documentation is completed
Your Skills and Experience:
• Insurance broker experience or insurance industry experience is desirable.
• APA Personal General Insurance or CIP Qualified is preferred but not essential
• Excellent phone manner & communication skills
• Good IT Skills
• Previous experience of working in a sales & target driven environment is preferred
• Enthusiastic, professional, positive and flexible approach that includes the ability to self-motivate
