The Role
My client, a leading insurance broker is seeking an experience Personal Lines Client Services Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position based in North County Dublin.
As the Personal Lines Client Services Advisor, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships while managing home and motor insurance renewals, claims queries, and cross-selling opportunities across our personal lines portfolio.
Tasks & Duties
- Liaise with clients on home and motor policy renewals, addressing any related queries or concerns
- Provide quotations across motor, home, marine, and travel insurance; manage mid-term policy alterations, claims queries, and ensure premiums are paid on time
- Achieve renewal and new business targets, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional product lines
- Own and manage a dedicated client portfolio, providing a high standard of service and nurturing strong client relationships
- Ensure all activity is carried out in line with Central Bank regulations and internal company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams and insurance providers to ensure accurate and efficient outcomes for clients
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Personal Lines insurance, ideally with a home/motor focus
- Solid understanding of the Irish Personal Lines insurance market
- Strong communication skills with a genuine client-centric approach
- APA (minimum) qualified
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong deadline management
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Must currently be based within a commutable distance of North County Dublin and hold full working rights in Ireland

- CIP qualified (or working towards)
- Experience with Relay/Applied Systems
