Our client based in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary have a Full-time permanent job which offers a Hybrid working model for an experienced Payroll Administrator. As Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for payroll related functions including accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring employees are paid on time, in compliance with relevant legislation. This role is in the Finance team and involves working with colleagues at all levels of the organisation to support an efficient and effective finance function.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Ensure payroll is processed in compliance with relevant legislation
- Customer service approach to management and employees, addressing any queries that arise
- Maintain accurate and organised records
- Preparation and filing of Revenue & other filings as required
- Projects
- Support and assist in audit queries
- Cover for other team members.
- Other duties as required which may include other Finance related activities such as AP & AR.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to achieve goals/deadlines within agreed timeframes
- Previous experience in a similar role with responsibility for end-to-end payroll processes
- Good knowledge and experience of using a computerised payroll system
- iPass or similar payroll qualification would be advantageous
