€16 - €18 per hour
Our client, a well-established company in the Building and Engineering industry, is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join their team in Listowel, Co. Kerry. This is a flexible part-time position, ideal for an experienced administrator with strong bookkeeping skills and, ideally, previous experience within the construction or engineering sector.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage company email correspondence.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices.
- Prepare VAT returns and submit documentation through ROS.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Track labour and supplier costs using Microsoft Excel.
- Process weekly/monthly payroll.
- Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office administration and bookkeeping role.
- Experience within the construction, building, or engineering industry is desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience preparing VAT returns and using ROS.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Potential for hybrid/remote working following a successful probationary period.
