OTC Counter Assistant – Co. Carlow
A busy and customer-focused pharmacy is seeking an OTC Counter Assistant to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers with OTC medicines and Front of Shop products.
- Assist customers in collecting prescriptions.
- Take prescription orders by phone and in-store.
- Receive, check and price incoming stock.
- Order OTC and Front of Shop stock.
- Maintain excellent presentation and customer service standards.
- Support the wider pharmacy team during busy periods.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Good work ethic and reliable approach.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn.
- Experience with till systems and stock pricing is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a busy pharmacy environment.
Hours:
9.00 am - 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday
Saturday:
Occasional cover required
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Training provided and genuine opportunity to develop within a busy pharmacy environment.
