FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of Office Administrator on behalf of an established business in Tullamore. This is a permanent part-time role.

Job location- Tullamore ( This role is office based 5 days )

Job type- Permanment part-time ( 30 hours / week )

Working hours- Monday to Friday 9am to 3.30 ( 30 mins lunch )

Hourly rate- 16 to 17 Euro / hr

Duties to include

  • General office duties (Filing, manage post, order stationary and general provisions)
  • Sales Administration (Arrange motor tax and registration of vehicles )
  • Database Management (Update various databases)
  • Showroom House Management.
  • Customer service
  • Meeting & greeting customers

Experience required

  • 2-3 years previous experience in an administration role
  • IT Literate (Experience with Excel & Word)
  • Flexible and organised approach to work.
