FRS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis. Part-time or full hours available with flexible working hours.
Our client has been supporting the Irish agricultural trade for over 40 years. In that period of time they have made a huge contribution to the farming sector in the Munster & Midlands area.
We are now accepting invitations for the role of Office Administrator. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will play an important part in the business by managing the admin function and supporting the different divisions of the business – Logistics / Accounts & Retail.
Job Location – Ennis. Co Clare
Duties to include
- Processing goods in / goods out paperwork.
- Processing telephone payments from farmers.
- Supporting the logistics function of the business.
- Liasing with hauliers.
- Supporting other internal staff members and business managers.
- Other ad hoc admin duties that may arise
Experience required
- 3 to 4 years previous Office Admin experience.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel , Word & Outlook )
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
