About the Role
Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist with experience in neurodevelopmental assessments? Do you want a role where your skills directly improve outcomes for children, adults, and their families?

We are looking for an OT to join our growing, specialist team delivering high-quality Autism and ADHD assessments. This is a hybrid/remote role, offering flexibility so you can balance clinical work with report writing and administrative tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Conducting specialist diagnostic assessments for Autism and/or ADHD using evidence-based tools
• Completing functional, sensory, and daily living assessments
• Writing clear, concise, and impactful reports with practical, meaningful recommendations
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive the best possible care
• Keeping up-to-date with professional development, training, and best practice

What You Bring
• CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in neurodevelopmental assessment (Autism, ADHD)
• Knowledge of assessment tools and frameworks relevant to functional and sensory assessment
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Excellent report-writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with sensory integration, functional assessments, or early intervention is a plus
