I am recruiting for two Occupational Health Nurses on behalf of our client based in Belfast – the largest client in Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established onsite Occupational Health service within a high-profile organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage absence and return-to-work programmes
-
Conduct pre-employment screening and health surveillance
-
Provide vaccinations and manage occupational injuries/illness

Deliver manual handling, workstation setup, and wellbeing training
-
Lead health promotion initiatives
-
Support incident investigations and statutory reporting
-
Manage First Aid programme and supervise onsite Medical Technician

Maintain confidential medical records and ensure legislative compliance
Essential:
-
Active NMC Registration (essential)
-
Occupational Health experience
-
Strong case management and stakeholder communication skills
